Ingredients
Quail partially boned 51% (Spain origin), duck foie gras 30%, salt, beef gelatin rehydrated, pepper. Possible Traces of eggs, walnuts, rye.
Informations
To remove easily, soak the can in hot water for a few seconds before opening both ends. Split the quail lengthwise before serving chilled on a bed of aspic or salad, serve with chilled white wine, in particular le Sauternes or Monbazillac.
